Synopsis:

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about a great deal of stress and uncertainty. Stress has the ability to rob us of our happiness. Mindfulness, a mind-body approach, trains our minds to be aware of the stressors and steers away from the habitual patterns of worrying and rumination. This session will invite participants to explore their sources of stress, gain self-awareness and begin to bring mindfulness into their daily lives as new ways of coping with stress and for emotional self-regulation.
