ART JAMMING
There are no restrictions or boundaries as to what you can paint. Simply grab the materials and start painting! If you feel unsure of what to paint, here are some prompts to help you get started:

Choose an emotion (e.g. happiness, stress, anger, peace, love) and paint what that emotion looks like to you.

Think about a person/incident that you are angry or upset about OR a time where you felt happy and free, and express that feeling in your painting.

Draw a heart shape, and fill in the heart using different colours to express different emotions that you have been feeling recently e.g. blue can represent sadness or calm, red can represent anger or love.
4. Create a painting that represents what you are grateful for.
Remember that there is no right or wrong :) What is important is the art-making process, not the end product!
